Inadmissibility
The Immigration and Refugee Board is responsible for making decisions on immigration and refugee matters. Also carries out appeals and detention procedures for foreign citizens or permanent residents who are considered inadmissible under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Some of the reasons why a foreigner or permanent resident must appear for an admissibility hearing are:
- They have somehow violated a Canadian immigration law
- They are a security threat
- Violation of human or international rights
- Involved in a crime, etc
We will assist you and provide you with all the information you need for inadmissibility/appeal. Have you misrepresented yourself?
